摘要
溪洛渡水电站右岸3#、4#泄洪洞混凝土浇筑设计总量累计为52.4万m^3。在施工过程中,由于自然因素、施工条件等因素的影响,其混凝土质量通病不可避免的发生:过流面混凝土外观缺陷、表面不平整、内部缺陷、裂缝、止水缺陷、排水缺陷等在泄洪过流时因20~50m/s的高速水流冲刷会对混凝土结构造成永久性损伤,严重影响泄洪洞的功能及使用年限,因此,应对过流面混凝土缺陷进行处理。
The total concrete volume of 52.4 × 103m3 was achieved for concrete placement in No.3 and No.4spillway tunnels in right bank of Xiluodu hydropower station.During construction,concrete quality problems are inevitable due to natural factors,construction conditions and so on.At flow surfaces,visual defects in concrete,surface roughness,internal defects,cracks,seal defects and drainage defects should cause permanent damage to concrete structures due to 20-50 m /s high velocity flow scouring during flood discharge,which severely influences functions and service life of the spillway tunnels.Therefore,concrete defects at flow surfaces should be treated.
