摘要
为了以最少的原材料满足结构强度、刚度要求,通过Pro/E行为建模技术,对受均布载荷变截面矩形悬臂梁进行等强度分析设计。为了说明等强度设计理念的实施效果,通过3个总体尺寸一样,局部结构尺寸不同的模型进行分析比较,根据应力云图上不同截面位置的应力分布情况,选择使矩形截面梁的体积在强度允许范围内达到最小、材料最省的梁结构,避免材料的浪费,具有工程的实用价值。
In order to meet the structural materials with minimal strength , stiffness requirements , the ProE/behav-ior modeling technology is used to analyze cantilever beam with variable cross -sectional area under the uniform load and design for equal strength.To illustrate the effect of the implementation of equal strength design concept through three overall sizes as the local structure analysis and comparison of different models .The stress distribution in the cantilevesr'different sections is indicated through a stress cloud picture .Minimal area of the rectangular cross-section beam is obtained when the strength is permitted , which is valuable and significant in real project .
