摘要
介绍了铝电解多功能天车主要结构及回转下支架用途,利用有限元分析方法对铝电解多功能天车回转下支架的静力学特性进行理论计算和研究,得出回转下支架的整体应力和变形情况,并根据计算结果对结构合理性进行分析和评价。
The structures and applications of the rotary bracket and pot tending machine were introduced. The theoretical calculation and research were carried out for the rotary bracket of pot tending machine with the finite element method. The distribution of stress and displacement for bracket were taken out, and ra- tionality of structures were evaluated and analysed acoording to the calculation results.
