摘要
目的：观察脉血康胶囊联合大株红景天注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床效果。方法将2012年3月～2013年3月在本院住院的128例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均采用常规抗缺血药物治疗,治疗组采用脉血康胶囊500 mg,口服,3次/d,配合大株红景天注射液10 ml加入250 ml的5%葡萄糖注射液中,静脉点滴,1次/d；对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg,口服,1次/d,连续治疗4周,观察两组缺血性心电图及心绞痛症状的改善情况。结果治疗组缺血性心电图及心绞痛症状改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论采用脉血康胶囊联合大株红景天注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的效果显著,可有效减少心肌梗死的发生。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Maixuekang capsule combined with sofren injection in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of patients admitted into our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.At premise of taking anti-myocardial ischemia drugs in both groups,the therapeutic regimen in treatment group included oral administration of 500 mg Maixuekang capsule （3 times per day）,10 ml sofren injection with 5% glucose injection in 250 ml （ivgtt,once a day）,while in control group,only 100 mg aspirin enteric-coated tablet was orally taken for once a day.After 4-week treatment,improvement of ischemic electrocardiogram and symptom of angina in two groups was observed respectively. Results Improvement of ischemic electrocardiogram and symptom of angina in treatment group was better than that in control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Maixuekang capsule combined with sofren injection in the treatment of unstable angina can obtain remarkable effect and effectively reduce the occurrence of myocardial infarction.
