骨骼肌活检在中枢神经变性疾病中的诊断作用

摘要 中枢神经变性疾病通常侵及骨骼肌,不同疾病有其典型的临床病理特点,通过骨骼肌活检可以为临床诊断此类疾病提供可靠的病理依据。本文就骨骼肌活检在中枢神经变性疾病中的诊断作用作一综述。 Neurodegenerative diseases usually invade skeletal muscle, different diseases have their typical clinical and pathological characteristics. Skeletal muscle biopsy can provide reliable pathological basis for clinical diagnosis of these diseases.
