摘要 2013年河南省煤炭、铝业、钢铁、化工、建材等传统工业增速降低或负增长,能源资源产业整体处在低速增长状态。分析能源产业、钢铁工业、有色金属工业、建材及化工工业能源资源产业规模、技术装备水平和管理能力在全国仍具有比较优势,主要问题是传统产品产能过剩、品种单一、产业链短,结构性矛盾突出,大半企业经营较为困难,能源资源传统产业转型升级任务异常艰巨。产业发展趋势预测:能源工业坚持"内增外引",继续建设全国重要的区域性综合能源基地;钢铁工业未来发展的重点是以市场为导向、控增量、优存量、调结构、提质量、增效益;有色金属工业将着力发展铝、镁、铅锌、钨钼、铜、钛、金银等七大产业链;建材与化工工业稳中有进,改造步伐将加快。 In 2013, in Henan province, traditional industry such as coal, aluminum, steel, chemical and building materials has reduced growth or even turned negative growth. Energy and resource industry is in slow growth state as a whole. The main problems that Henan province faces as the following: excess capacity of traditional product, single variety, short industrial chain, acute structural imbalance; the business of most enterprises is dififcult; and the task for transformation and upgrading relating energy and resource traditional industry is really daunting. In response to this, this paper proposes some measures for future industrial development in Henan province. It points out that in energy industry, in order to enhance the supply capacity of their own province; they must stable traditional energy capacity, develop new sources of energy, and strengthen the construction of energy infrastructure. At the same time, they must fully exert the advantages of location, and expand the introduction of energy outside the province. In addition, they should devote increasing efforts to build the important regional integrated energy base in our country. The keynote of the future development of iron and steel industry will allow for a market-oriented approach, by means of limiting supply increases, optimizing existing resources, adjusting structure, raising quality, and increasing the beneift. In terms of non-ferrous metals industry, they will strive to develop this industrial chain such as aluminum, magnesium, lead and zinc, tungsten, molybdenum, copper, titanium, gold and silver industries. For building materials and chemical industrial, they will make progress based on stabilization, and accelerate the reform pace.
