摘要
主要基于流体仿真软件Fluent对某型飞机油箱内氧气分布进行了三维非定常计算。采用标准k-ε湍流模型、有限体积法离散方程,并采用分离式求解器、SIMPLE算法耦合求解速度、压力;压力项离散采用PRESTO!格式;其他方程对流项采用一阶迎风格式。利用这种建模和分析方法可以对燃油箱内的氧气分布和充氮过程进行较好的分析,同时也可为系统改进和优化设计提供新的思路和方法。
This paper is mainly to simulate the oxygen concentration distributing for airplane in fuel tank via 3D unsteady numeration basing on Fluent. Using the standard k-ε turbulence model, finity volume method to disperse the equation, using separate solve, SIMPLE arithmetic to solve the velocity, pressure. Using PRESTO! format to disperse the pressure item, and for other equation using the first order upwind format. Comply with this kind of modeling and analysis method can simulate oxygen distribution and inerting process better, and provide the new paths sand means for improve on the system and optimize the design.
