摘要
KDF2成型机在生产高透气度品牌的烟支滤棒时,由于烙铁部分没有控温装置,容易出现热溶胶涂布不均匀,成型纸粘贴效果差的问题,致使设备出现频繁停机,制约着设备的生产效率。通过从温度自动控制的角度出发,增加一套KDF2成型部分控温装置和控制程序,实现了烙铁的自动控温功能,解决了设备因材料变换,造成设备频繁停机的问题。
When KDF2 molding machines in the production of high permeability filter rod, since no part of the iron temperature control device, hot melt coating prone to uneven, paste wrap effect is poor, result in equipment downtime occurs frequently, restrict the production efficiency of the device. From the perspective of automatic temperature control, increase the temperature control device and control procedures set KDF2 forming part, automatic temperature control function to achieve a soldering iron, solve the problem of frequent downtime.
