摘要
班级是我国社会教育组织中相对完整、严谨的组织形式，也是高职院校对学生进行统一教学管理的基本组织单位。文章对新形势下高职院校班级管理中出现的问题进行研究分析，提出了确立“三位一体”的班级管理模式，营造他律与自律和谐统一的班级管理氛围，实施刚柔并济、扬长避短的班级管理，开创信息化班级管理等对策。
Class is a relatively complete and rigorous form of social education organization. It is also the basic organization unit for teaching management in colleges. The article makes a study on the class management problems in colleges under the new situation and puts forward class management countermeasures, such as establishing a trinity mode of class management, building a harmonious unification of heteronomy and self-discipline class management atmosphere, fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses and creating class informatization management
