摘要
文章论述了高职教育的教育属性决定了其开展素质教育的必要性，分析了素质教育的内涵及与高职教育的可持续发展的关系．提出了通过构建素质教育体系来实现高职教育的可持续发展的具体举措。
The paper expounds the fact that the nature of the higher vocational educ necessity of implementing quality education and the quality education. Meanwhile it analyzes the relationship betwee sustainable development of higher vocational education. Finally, the ation determines the n the connotation of specific measures of fulfilling the sustainable development of the higher vocational education have been given through establishing the quality education system.
