摘要 基于自制的固结装置研究了电势梯度对海相淤泥电渗试验的影响。通过试验过程中的电流、电势和排水量的测试结果及加固前后土体含水率和抗剪强度的变化,得出以下结论:有效电势随电渗过程逐渐降低,且电势梯度越大,降低的速率越大;电势梯度会明显影响土体的电流和排水量,较高电势梯度下排水速率较大、电流衰减较快,最终的排水量也增多;随电势梯度增加,土体含水率下降更明显、强度增高的幅度更大,因此海相淤泥加固效果更好,但同时会导致平均能耗变大和阳极腐蚀量增加;电渗加固海相淤泥效果较好,但电渗处理前应根据工期和成本共同确定电势梯度。 To improve electro-osmotic consolidation effect of marine sludge ,a series of one-dimensional electro-osmotic laboratory experiments with different voltage gradients were conducted with self-made apparatus .Through the test results of electric current ,voltage gradients and drainage ,as well as the variation of water content ,and undrained shear strength before and after the consolidation test ,the conclusions were drawn as follows .Effective potential decreases along with electro-osmotic process ,the higher the voltage gradient is the faster the reduction rate goes ;voltage gradient has a significant impact on electro-osmotic consolidation ,high voltage gradient can accelerate the drainage ratio of soil ,the decay of electric current and the ultimate drainage ;with the increasing of voltage gradient , the consolidation effect of marine sludge becomes better because the decrement of water content is more obvious and the improvement of shear strength is greater ,however ,the average energy consumption coefficient and anode corrosion increase as well ;electro -osmosis is an effective consolidation method of marine sludge ,but voltage gradient should be determined by actual time and costs of the project .
