摘要
目的：探讨婴儿尸体供肾成人肾移植的临床效果。方法回顾性分析济南军区总医院2例婴儿尸体供肾成人肾移植的临床资料、肾移植手术方式、免疫抑制剂应用及术后随访情况。结果术后随访6～12个月，2例患者移植肾功能均恢复良好，最后一次随访查血肌酐分别为109、90umol/L。结论婴儿尸体供肾成人肾移植效果尚可，可以缓解我国肾源紧缺状况，值得深入研究。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of kidney transplantation of dead infants to adult recipi-ents . Methods A retrospective analysis of 2 dead in-fants’ kidneys being transplanted to adult recipients in the General Hospital of Ji’ nan Military District was conducted . Results T he follow-up surveys of 6 to 12＆amp;nbsp;months showed that the renal functions of both recipients recovered well .The last follow-up survey found that their Scr levels were 109 umol/L and 90 umol/L in the two cases respectively .Conclusion Good clini-cal effect can be obtained through kidney transplantation of dead infants to adult recipients .
