摘要
目的分析住院期间患者意外伤害发生情况,探讨有效防范措施。方法对2011年11月至2013年11月医院发生的意外伤害事件进行回顾性调查,分析患者住院期间发生意外伤害的类型、诱发因素等。结果意外伤害的类型有跌倒、坠床、碰撞伤、砸伤、烫伤、刀割伤、扭伤、交通伤、皮肤撕脱伤9种。53例意外伤害中轻度28例(52.83%),中度20例(37.74%),重度5例(9.43%)。住院期间发生意外伤害的因素有患者因素、设备因素和护理操作因素。结论患者住院期间意外伤害发生应引起医护人员的重视,加强患者意外伤害的风险评估,采取综合措施防范意外伤害的发生。
Objective To analyze the status of inpatients accidental injuries and explore effective preventive measures. Method The types and relevant factors of accidental injury events from November 2011 to November 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The types of accidental injuries included falls, falling out of bed, crash, injury, bums, knife cut, sprain, traffic injury and skin avulsion. There were 53 accidental injury events which included 28 mild eases, 20 moderate cases and 5 severe cases. Related factors of accidental injury events in hospital included patient factors, equipment factors and nursing factors. Conclusion The occurrence of accidental injury in patients during hospital should be paid more attention by medical staff. Accidental events risk assessment should be strengthened and comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of accidental injuries.
