摘要
采用高温固相熔融法制备了Ce4+,Pb2+掺杂的Ce,Pb:YAG微晶玻璃。通过XRD、SEM和荧光光谱测试表征了微晶玻璃的晶相、微观形貌及光谱性能,研究了Pb2+掺杂对Ce:YAG微晶玻璃发光性能的影响。结果表明,Pb2+的掺杂并未影响Ce:YAG的结构,且明显提高了微晶玻璃的发光强度。当PbO掺杂量为质量分数0.5%时,发光强度达到最大,且此时微晶玻璃晶粒间的分散性好于未掺杂PbO的微晶玻璃样品。
Ce^4+, Pb^2+ co-doping Ce, Pb: YAG glass ceramics were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction. The crystalline phase structure, morphology and luminescence properties of the prepared glass ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence spectra. The effects of Pb^2+ doping on luminescence properties of the Ce:YAG glass ceramics were investigated. The results show that Pb^2+ doping doesn't affect the YAG structure, and improve the luminescence intensity of the glass ceramics obviously. The luminescence intensity reaches the maximum value when the PbO concentration is 0.5% (mass fraction), meanwhile, the dispersion of the YAG grains is better than that of the undoped sample.
