摘要 介绍了焓差实验室系统中空气处理机组的节能装置,在室内外侧环境室均采用热回收换热器及热气旁通节能装置,分析了焓差实验室节能原理,并阐述了通过PID调节器对电动三通阀、热气旁通阀及蒸发压力调节阀进行调节控制,从而降低空气处理机组综合能耗,确保焓差实验室节能运行与控制。 The enthalpy difference laboratory system energy -saving device of air handling units was introduced , and this energy-saving device adopts heat recovery heat exchanger and hot gas bypass at indoor and outside environmental cham -ber.Also the energy saving principle of enthalpy difference laboratory was analyzed .Furthermore, as expounded the PID regulator controls electric three -way valve, hot gas bypass valve and the evaporating pressure valve to realize the air handling units the lower energy consumption , in order to ensure the enthalpy difference laboratory energy -saving opera-tion and control.
