摘要
基于层次分析法,按目标层、准则层、指标层和要素层四个层次,构建环境审计指标体系。同时,在各个层次的指标选取中,具体结合环境审计的特点和城市发展的特色,重点选取了环境卫生、资源利用及污染控制及生态环境四个,作为目标层的指标。研究目的在于为生态建设下的环境审计提供了可参考的理论方式和实际的操作方法,对实现审计效率化有所补足和增益。
AHP is applied on this essay. It provides create a new way to construct an index system for envi- ronmental auditing. Through the AHP a tool which can give a certain conclusion of the working affection to environmental. So the construction of environmental auditing index system based on AHP will be a part of theory can practice on daily working, Increasing effi- ciency will be available. The mean of supervise can be obvious.
