摘要
研究了5个主要制丝工艺参数(松散回潮热风温度A、切丝宽度B、HT工作蒸汽流量C、烘丝热风温度D和排潮风门开度E)对9种主流烟气成分(焦油、烟碱、CO、NH3、HCN、苯酚、巴豆醛、B[a]P和NNK)释放量的影响;采用D-优化、A-优化和Ⅳ-优化方法并结合平衡设计原理进行了五因素三水平实验设计,并对实验结果进行了直观分析、方差分析和多重比较。结果表明:15种工艺参数均对NH3和HCN有影响,大小顺序为:B>D>C>E>A;24种工艺参数对B[a]P有影响,顺序为:A>D>B>E;34种工艺参数对NNK有影响,顺序为:E>A>B>C;44种工艺参数对烟碱有影响,顺序为:B>A>E>D;52种工艺参数对苯酚、焦油和CO有影响,顺序为:B>A;62种工艺参数对巴豆醛有影响,顺序为:E>D。
The effects of five primary processing parameters (A:hot air temperature in ordering cylinder,B:cut width of tobacco,C:steam flow rate in HT,D:hot air temperature in dryer,and E:exhaust vane opening in dryer) on the deliveries of tar,nicotine,CO,NH3,HCN,phenol,crotonaldehyde,B[a]P and NNK in mainstream cigarette smoke were investigated.An experiment of five-factor and three-level was designed by combining D-optimum design,A-optimum design and Ⅳ-optimum design with balance design principle,and the results of the experiment were analyzed by visual analysis,ANOVA and multiple comparison.The results showed that:1) All of the five parameters affected the deliveries of NH3 and HCN in the order of B>D>C>E>A; 2) Parameters A,B,D and E affected B[a]P delivery in the order of A>D>B>E; 3) Parameters A,B,C and E affected NNK delivery in the order of E>A>B>C; 4) Parameters A,B,D and E affected nicotine delivery in the order of B>A> E>D; 5) Parameters A and B affected the deliveries of phenol,tar and CO in the order of B>A; 6) Parameters D and E affected crotonaldehyde delivery in the order of E>D.
