摘要
文章基于高电子迁移率晶体管,采用全微带匹配技术,设计并制作了一种用于某预警雷达接收前端的小型化超低噪声波导低噪声放大器。使用Ansoft公司的Serenader8.7软件对低噪声放大器进行理论仿真设计,并采用随机和梯度优化相结合的方法进行优化。实物的实测数据满足预期指标的要求,具有可行性和实用性。
Based on HEMT and microtrip impedance matching technique, a miniaturized waveguide low noise amplifier (LNA) used in front-ends of early warning radar is designed. The design simulation process is conducted by Serenader8.7 software from Ansoft and optimized by the combination method of random and gradient optimization. The practical test on the product has been done finally. The results show that this design can meet the performance requirement of the LNA, and is feasible and practical.
