纤维过滤处理渤海海水的效能研究 被引量:5

摘要 将纤维过滤技术应用于反渗透海水淡化的预处理,考察了纤维过滤对混凝沉淀后海水的净化效果及水头损失变化。中试实验结果表明,混凝沉淀后的海水经高效纤维过滤后,其出水浊度<0.2 NTU,ρ(总铁)<0.1 mg/L,SDI15<4,有机物得到了进一步去除,滤后水质达到了反渗透膜的进水指标;运行周期为24 h,水头损失增长小于0.02MPa。纤维滤料特有的性质及滤料分布形态增强了对海水污染物的吸附截留效果。从运行效果和经济成本上考虑,高效纤维过滤比颗粒滤料过滤更适用于海水反渗透淡化预处理。 The fiber filtering technology was applied to reverse osmosis desalination pretreatment, the treatment effects of effluent of coagulation and sedimentation and the change of head loss were investigated. The pilot test showed that the effluent turbidity was less than 0.2 NTU,total iron content was less than 0.1 mg/L, the SDL5 value was less than 4, and organic matter had been further removed by fiber filtration. The quality of the outflow water could meet the inflow water indicator of the reverse osmosis process and the growth rate of filter head loss was less than 0.02 MPa in 24 hours' filtration period. The unique nature and morphological distribution of fiber filter material enhanced the efficiency of adsorption and interception for seawater pollutants. Considering aboutoperating effect and economic cost, high performance fiber filter performed more effectively in seawater pretreatment of reverse osmosis desalination compared with the particle filter.
