摘要
目的:观察耳穴压丸对延长慢性前列腺炎患者中药灌肠保留时间及提高患者疗效的影响。方法:将符合诊断标准的慢性前列腺炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用中药保留灌肠联合前列通瘀片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压丸。观察比较两组中药灌肠保留时间及疗效。结果:治疗组中药灌肠保留时间5.78±0.805小时,治疗总有效率为93.3%;对照组中药灌肠保留时间2.74±0.501小时,治疗总有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压丸对延长中药灌肠保留时间有显著作用,提高了慢性前列腺炎患者的疗效。该方法具有操作简单方便,经济实惠,疗效可靠,副反应小等优点,值得在临床上推广。
Objective： To observe the retention time and improving curative effect of auricular plaster therapy on chronic prostatitis patients with traditional Chinese medicine enema. Methods： 60 cases of chronic prostatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the controlled group, and 30 in the treatment group. Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with Qianlie Tongyu Tablet was applied in the controlled group. Auricular plaster therapy was added besides these therapies in the experimental group. The retention time and curative effect were evaluated between the two groups. Results： In the treatment group, Chinese medicine enema retention time was 5. 78 ± 0. 805 hours, the total effective rate was 93. 3% ; and the retention time was 2. 74±0. 501 hours in the controlled group, the total effective rate was 76. 7%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Auricular plaster therapy can significantly extend retention time of traditional Chinese medicine enema, and improve the curative effect in chronic prostatitis patients. This method is simple and convenient, affordable, reliable curative effect, little side effect and other advantages, and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
