摘要
目的:编制一套"电脑工作者闹钟式颈部保健操",并研究其疗效和实用性。方法:将60例长期应用电脑并有颈肩部不适的患者纳入后,每天1次,平均每周不少于使用"闹钟式颈部保健操"5次,在三个不同的观察时点分别从自觉症状、日常生活和情绪情况三个方面评价其疗效。结果:应用保健操前后比较显示,差异有统计学意义,而且其疗效与应用时长之间呈正相关。结论:"闹钟式颈部保健操"具有一定的临床应用价值,而且实用性较强。
Objective: "alarming-type computer-workers" neck exercises was established and studied its effect and practicability. Methods: 60 patients who were long-term users of computer and had neck and shoulder discomfort were asked to use "alarming-type computer-workers" neck exercises once a day and one week at least 5 times in average and observed from symptoms, daily life, emotional conditions to evaluate its effects at three different time points. Results: There were significant differences between application exercises before and after and a positive correlation between the effect and application of time. Conclusion: "alarming-type computer-workers" neck exercises has certain clinical value and strong practicability.
