摘要 34CrMo4气瓶用无缝钢管内表面存在"鼓泡"缺陷,对其化学成分、缺陷形成机理、生产过程等进行了分析。结果显示,缺陷是由于生产厂在钢坯尾端进行了局部加热所致,通过改进措施,有效地消除了该类缺陷的产生,提升和稳定了34CrMo4气瓶用无缝钢管成材率。 Analyzed here is the internal surface bubblep defect of 34CrMo4 seamless steel tube for gas cylin- der, including analysis of chemical composition, defect forming mechanism and production process etc. The results of the analysis indicate that the occurrence of the defect is because of the local heating made by the manufacturer on the end of the billet. By taking improvement measures, the occurrence of this type of defect is effectively eliminated and the yield of 34CrMo4 seamless steel tube for gas cylinder is increased and stabilized.
