摘要
依据陶行知的"教、学、做合一"理论和教育部《关于大力推进教师教育课程改革的意见》,抚顺师专学前教育专业不断探索"教、学、做一体"的人才培养模式:通过多元智能的人才观,制定了嵌入式人才培养方案;通过工作过程的课程观,探索出"4+1"五位一体的教学模式;遵循行动导向的教学观,"主""辅"教学方法相结合;开展以提高实践能力为重点的多种课外活动;建立以学生职业能力发展为目标的教学评价体系。通过几年的教学实践,取得了较好效果。
Based on Tao Xingzhi's theory "the combination of teaching, learning and doing" and "opinions on vigorously promoting the teacher education curriculum reform" fromthe Ministry of Education, the pre-school education specialty has continuously explored "teaching, learning and doing" training mode:through the multiple intelligences talent view, it form ulates the embedded talent training scheme, through the curriculumview of working process, it explores the "4 + 1" five integrated teaching mode;following the action oriented teaching concept, it combines the teaching methods of"major" and "secondary". It carries out a variety of extracurricular activities with the key point of improving the practical ability;it establishes the teaching evaluation system with the goal of improving students' vocational ability. Through several years of teaching practice, it has achieved good results.
