摘要
随着信息技术的发展,企业物流客户服务已经成为企业竞争力的重要组成部分,地域限制逐渐被消除,物流客户服务也全然成为一种备受企业重视的经营理念。在此背景基础上,文中将简要分析一下企业物流客户服务的内涵和基本特征,并对我国企业物流客户服务工作的现状作出讨论,继而进一步指出相应的提升策略,从而为促进我国企业物流客户服务工作的改善作出指导。
With the development of information technology, enterprise logistics service has become an important component of competitiveness, geographical restrictions have been gradually eliminated, enterprise logistics service is also completely become a highly valued business philosophy. Based on this background, this paper will briefly analyze the meaning and the basic characteristics of enterprise logistics service, and will to discuss the status of enterprise logistics service, and then we will point out the appropriate strategy, so as to made a guide for promoting Chinese enterprises logistics service improvements.
