摘要
试验旨在研究饲料中添加不同水平的中药复方对蛋鸡肠道菌群和消化酶活性的影响。试验选用200只30周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,分别添加0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的中药复方干粉,28 d后检测各组蛋鸡肠道菌群数量及消化酶活性。结果显示:不同中药添加剂量组间相比,乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌差异极显著(P<0.01),大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌差异显著(P<0.05);不同中药添加剂量组间相比,胰脂肪酶、淀粉酶、总蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶活性差异均不显著(P>0.05)。因此,所选中药复方能够有效地调节蛋鸡肠道菌群区系平衡,增加有益菌数量。
This experiment determined influence of herbal compound on intestinal flora and digestiveenzyme activities of layers. Two hundreds 30-week-old Hyline brown hens were randomly allocattedinto 4 groups fed different diets. Dietary herbal compound levels were 0 %、0.5%、1.0% and 1.5%. Intestinal microflora and digestive enzyme activities of layers were detected 28 days later. The resultsshowed that there were extremely significant differences of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium betweendifferent additive dosage of herbal compound(P〈0.01), there were significant differences of escherichia coli and Staphylococcus(P〉0.05);There were no significant differences of activity of pancreatic lipase、amylase、total protease and trypsin(P〈0.05). Herbal compound can effectively regulate intestinalflora balance of layers and increase the quantity of beneficial bacteria.
