摘要
为构建与新疆公路项目特点相适应的代建制模式,基于新疆公路项目代建的背景,分析公路项目代建的现状及优势,结合新疆公路项目代建运行的特点,总结新疆公路项目代建的经验及成效,最终提出完善新疆公路项目代建制的措施,为新疆公路项目代建制的建设提供基础性研究成果,对新疆公路项目代建制的健康发展有一定的推动作用,并且对引进国内的先进管理理念与经验,加强新疆交通运输行业人才培养,加快新疆交通公路网建设起到了极其重要的作用。
Based on the background of Xinjiang highway project construction, present situation and advantages of highway project construction are analyzed, the operation characteristics of Xinjiang highway project construction are summarized, experiences of Xinjiang highway project construction are summed up, finally the perfect measures of Xinjiang highway project agent are put forward, for building the highway project agent model that adapt to the characteristics of the Xinjiang highway project. The basic research is provided for Xinjiang highway project agent construction. It promotes the healthy development of Xinjiang highway project agent construction.
