摘要 对传统的交通事故车速分析方法进行了总结,介绍了利用车载监控视频资料中的参照物进行交通事故车速鉴定的方法。以某公交车与电动自行车发生碰撞伤人的交通事故为例,对事发前公交车和电动自行车的速度进行了计算,对公交车制动过程进行了分析,并根据刹车痕迹进行了验算。对比发现,利用车载监控视频资料计算得到的公交车速度与根据刹车痕迹得到的速度仅相差0.19km/h由此表明,根据车载监控视频计算得到的结果具有较好的适用性。 The paper summarizes the traditional analysis methods for the traffic accident, then introduces a speed appraisal method that utilizes the on-board monitoring video data as reference for traffic accident identification. Taking a hurtful collision between bus and electric bicycle as an example, it calculates the speed of bus and electric bicycle before the accident then analyzes the bus braking process and checks it according to the braking tracks. By comparison, it is found that the difference between the bus speed result calculated by the on-board monitoring video data and the braking tracks is just 0.19km/h, which demonstrates that the results calculated by the vehicle surveillance video has good applicability.
