摘要
分析了影响碲镉汞长线列红外焦平面探测器组件固有可靠性的因素。讨论了空间环境对组件可靠性的影响。提出了组件固有和使用可靠性提高、使用中关键技术和建立组件实际宇航应用信息库等提高组件可靠性的措施。
The factors affect on the inner reliability of HgCdTe ultra-long infrared detector arrays infrared focal plane assembly were analyzed in this paper. The effects of the space environment on the assembly reliability were discussed. The measures to improve the assembly reliability which were the inner reliability and application reliability of the assembly, key technologies in the application and real aerospace application data bank of the assembly were put forward.
