摘要
设计了一种防止箱式机架摆动并能实现间歇运动和平动上升的运料装置,根据实际功能要求,对主要构件尺寸进行计算,通过Solid Works建立三维模型,并结合ADAMS对机构进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,以确定机构是否符合设计要求。
The delivering device with the function of avoiding swing of box-type frame and intermittent moving, and translational rising is designed in the paper. The dimension for major components is calculated according to the actual functional requirements. 3D model is built in SolidWorks and the kinematics and dynamic simulation analysis is performed for the mechanism with the aid of ADAMS, in order to determine compliance of the structure to the design requirements.
