摘要
针对轧机主传动齿轮箱连接螺栓的断裂问题进行了理论和实验研究。建立轧机齿轮箱及连接螺栓的三维模型,基于Workbench对齿轮箱主要零件进行结构静力分析及模态分析。重点对连接螺栓进行残余预紧力计算,在受预紧力状态下对连接螺栓进行模态分析,并对比现场实测数据,分析得出外部激励频率与螺栓的固有频率接近导致发生共振,是连接螺栓频繁断裂的主要原因。
Theory and experiment researches on the fracture problem of the connecting bolt for the main drive gearbox of rolling mill were carried out.The 3D model of the gearbox and the connecting bolt were first established,and then the structure and modal analysis of the main parts of gearbox were carried out based on Workbench.The residual pre tightening force of the connecting bolt was calculated emphatically, and the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the bolt in pre tightening state were analyzed.By com-paring the theoretical results with the experimental measured data,the resonance phenomenon that caused by the external excitation frequency which is close to the natural frequency of bolt was found,which is the main reason which lead to the bolt fracture.
