摘要
我国大部分污水处理工程中,曝气设备的动力能耗占污水处理工程全部能耗的40%~60%。为了降低能耗,对曝气系统的控制方式进行了研究。将在线溶解氧仪安装在好氧槽,根据实时反馈的溶解氧值和温度值,计算好氧槽内的微生物呼吸速率,确定曝气时间并反馈给PLC控制系统,以自动控制鼓风机启停。实际运行结果表明,在线溶解氧仪测量准确、快速、维护量少,应用在该智能曝气系统中既能满足出水达标的要求,又节约了能耗。
In our country,the power energy consumption of aeration equipment in most of the sewage treatment processes is 40% to 60% of the total energy consumption of the overall sewage treatment project. To reduce the energy consumption,the control modes of the aeration system are researched. By installing the online dissolved oxygen analyser in aerobic tank,according to the feedback dissolved oxygen value and temperature value,the microbial respiration rate in aerobic tank is calculated to determine the aeration time,and then feedback to PLC control system for startup and shutdown the blower automatically. The results of practical operation show that the online dissolved oxygen analyzer is accurate,fast speed and less in maintenance; its application in intelligent aeration system meets the requirements of effluent compliance and energy saving.
