摘要 在电气化铁路中,电力机车需要通过其顶部的受电弓与接触网(简称弓网)的接触获取电能正常运行,当弓网分离时,会发生电弧现象,对铁路通讯,机车供电等造成严重影响。通过对弓网电弧光谱的提取与分析,采用(250±10)nm紫外光作为检测特征量,研制出由光学成像测量系统、紫外光电传感系统、数据分析处理系统三部分组成的弓网电弧检测系统,可以对弓网电弧实时检测,得到弓网受流质量情况,并以此为依据,对弓网定点维护,提高弓网受流质量,保证铁路安全运营。 In electrified railway,electric locomotive run through contact with the top of the pantograph and contact line to get the power. And when the pantograph and catenary separate,arc phenomenon will happen and cause serious influence of railway communication and locomotive power supply. Through the extraction and analysis of the catenary arc spectrum,this paper proposed an arc detection system based on( 250 ± 10) nm ultraviolet light and composed of the optical imaging system,ultraviolet light sensing systems,data analysis and processing system. Through the real-time detection of the arc of pantograph-catenary,it will get pantograph-catenary current quality situation. On the basis of the analysis result,fixedly-point maintains pantograph and catenary to improve the quality of current receiving to ensure the safety of railway operation.
