摘要
各向异性微纳结构具有特殊的润湿行为,在微流体、生物医学设备以及自清洁等领域中有广阔的应用前景。从自然界的各向异性微纳结构出发,综述了近年来各向异性微纳结构的制备方法及其制得的一些各向异性微纳结构,分析了它们的润湿特性及其应用,最后对各向异性微纳结构材料进行了总结与展望。
Anisotropic micro/nano structures possess special wetting behavior, and have promising applications in the fields of microfluidics, biomedical devices, and self-cleaning materials. The anisotropic micro/nano structure in nature is firstly introduced. Then, the preparation methods and related materials of the anisotropic micro/nano struc- ture in recent years are reviewed. Their wetting characteristics and applications are further analyzed. Finally, the anl- sotropic materials with micro/nano structures are summarized and prospected.
