摘要
神华煤直接液化项目作为国家十一五期间的示范项目,多个生产核心装置在基建期引入了很多进口设备,这些设备的平稳、长周期运行对生产装置的"安、稳、长、满、优"运行起着关键作用。随着检维修工作及生产中非计划停车发现,进口设备的备件是影响检维修速度和引起非计划停车的重要因素,由于进口备件与国产备件相比,存在诸多不利因素。因此,实施进口备件国产化,是迫切需要解决的任务。
Summary：As the demonstration projects during National eleventh five -year period, Shenhua Coal liquefaction project has intro-duced a lot of imported equipments during the infrastructure construction. The stable and long-term operation of those equip-ments played the key role in safety , stable, long-term, full and excellent operation of production units. Together with the main-tenance and unplanned shutdowns of the units, it is found that spare parts of imported equipment are the key factor to affect maintenance speed and cause unexpected shutdowns .Comparing with domestic spare parts, there are many unfavorable factors for imported spare parts. Therefore, we urgently need to solve the task of localizing the imported spare parts.
