摘要
分析了公乌素煤业公司原有沿空留巷技术及存在的问题,并介绍了公乌素煤业公司在1201工作面采用的柔模混凝土沿空留巷新技术,总结了施工工艺,观测分析了实施效果。实践表明,采用柔模混凝土沿空留巷新技术,实现了工作面之间的无煤柱开采,提高了煤炭回收率,减少了巷道掘进率,成功解决了原沿空留巷技术存在漏风的问题,实现了采煤工作面安全高效生产。
Analysis of existing problems for original along Goaf Technology in Gongwusu Coal Company, and introduced the new technology of soft mold concrete using in 1201 working face gob at Gongwusu Coal Company, and summarizes the construc-tion technology, the observation and analysis of the implementation effect. Practice shows that using the flexible formwork and concrete roadway along gob between new technology to achieve the work surface without coal pillar mining improved the coal recovery rate, reduce the roadway drivage rate, successfully solves exists the problem of air leakage in original along goaf tech-nology, realized safety mining working face of efficient production.
