摘要
为寻求三叉苦内生真菌的较优分离条件,采用不同消毒方法、不同培养基以及植物组织添加量,研究了其对三叉苦内生真菌分离的影响。结果表明:0.1%升汞对根部和茎部消毒16min、叶部消毒5min的效果最好;察氏培养基从三叉苦根部和叶部获得的内生真菌最多,达10种;马丁氏培养基从茎部获得的内生真菌最多,达8种;当组织添加量为20g/L时,从根部和叶部分离的内生真菌种类最多。
To screen the optimum separation conditions of endophytic fungi from E.lepta,the effects of different disinfection methods,culture media and adding amount of plant tissue were studied.Results:0.1% mercuric chloride was the best through disinfecting the roots and stems 16 min,leaf 5 min;Czapek medium was the optimal medium for roots and leaves,separated 1 0 endophytic fungi,Martin medium was the optimal one for the stems,eight endophytic fungi were obtained;When the adding amount of plant tissue was 20 g/L,number of endophytic fungi from roots and leaves reached the maximum.
