摘要
采用随机区组试验研究了不同磷水平下烤烟对氮、磷、钾肥的吸收和利用状况。结果表明,增施磷肥能够提高旺长期烤烟根、叶中氮、磷、钾的累积量;随磷肥用量的增加,烤烟根、茎中的磷所占比例不断下降,叶片中磷的比例不断升高;从根到叶片的磷转运系数整体随施磷量增加而增加,而氮、钾转运系数先增加后减小;旺长期烤烟的氮肥和磷肥利用率随施磷量先增加后降低,而钾肥利用率不断提高。本试验条件下,综合考虑烟叶产质量和养分利用率,认为每公顷施用P2O5142.5 kg为适宜磷肥用量。
Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium uptake and the use of flue-cured tobacco were studied under different phos-phorus levels through a random block experiment in dry-land purple soil. The results showed that the application of phospho-rus fertilizer increased the accumulation amounts of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in roots and leaves at the vigorous growth stage. The phosphorus distribution proportion of roots and stem reduced when phosphorus fertilizer increased, but that of stem increased. The transfer coefficient of phosphorus from roots to leaves increased with the increase of rate of phosphorus fertilizer, while the transfer coefficients of nitrogen and potassium increased firstly and then decreased. The utilization ratio of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers increased firstly and then decreased, while the utilization ratio of phosphorus fertilizer in-creased at all times. Comprehensivly considering the production value and the nutrient use efficiency, it was suggested that the optimal dosage of phosphate fertilizer was 142.5 kg/hm2 P2O5.
