摘要
将健康枇杷(Eriobotrya japonica)根、主干、枝条、叶和果实内分离的96株内生真菌与抗枇杷根腐病病菌的P3.9生防木霉(Trichoderma spp.)菌株进行对峙培养,分析P3.9生防木霉菌株与枇杷内生真菌之间的拮抗关系。结果表明,90株枇杷内生真菌对该木霉菌株无抑制作用,其余6株(DPG2、DPG6、DPZG15、DPZT12、DPZT20和PGSC5)对其有一定抑制作用。枇杷各个器官中的内生真菌对P3.9生防木霉菌株无抑制作用的占93.8%,有一定抑制作用的仅占6.2%,而且对其抑制率均在50%以下。说明此菌株有望在枇杷各器官中成功定殖,从而有效控制枇杷根腐病病菌。
To establish basis of colonization of the Trichoderma sp.Strain P3.9 in all organs loquat,the P3.9 was tested by plat-confront method with 96 strains of loquat Endophytic fungus.The results showed that the 90 strains didn't inhibited to p3.9.Although the other 6 strains have some inhibition,the inhibition rates were less than 50%.Loquat Endophytic fungus which didn't control P3.9 amounts to 93.8% and the rate of other fungi was only 6.2%.P3.9 could colonize in all organs loquat to control loquat root.It will provide strain resources for bio-control of this disease.
