摘要
建立实践党的群众路线的长效机制,一是通过研究实践党的群众路线的现实困境、概念内涵,奠定实践党的群众路线长效机制的理论体系;二是通过为实践党的群众路线构建制度平台、探索科学机制、寻求有效途径,为全党全面实践党的群众路线提供实践操作指南。
To establish the long-term mechanism of the Party＇s mass line,firstly,we should study the content and the difficulties on the way of implementation of the mass line,so that the theory system of the mass line can be constructed; secondly,we should seek stage for implementation of the mass line and accumulate experience for further work.
