摘要
在分析高速柴油机摇臂使用工况及结构特点的基础上 ,确定了镶块的金相组织 ,制定出烧结工艺、镶块热处理工艺、摇臂体材料的熔炼工艺及镶铸工艺 ,保证了摇臂的各项性能要求。
The morphology of sintered alloy was investigated after analysis the working condition and characteristic of structure of rocker arm.The sinter technology,heat treatment of sintered alloy,melting technology of body of the rocker arm and inserting technology were studied.A good performance of the rocker arm was obtained.
