摘要
目的了解临床护士担任兼职教师的内在驱动力,为兼职教师培养提供依据。方法对10名担任兼职教师的临床护士进行半结构访谈,采用Colaizzi的现象学资料7步分析法对访谈内容进行分析。结果责任感、自我价值的实现、榜样的影响与晋升职称的需要是临床护士担任兼职教师的主要内在驱动力。结论教育管理者可根据临床护理兼职教师的内在驱动力特点,有针对性地选拔、管理、激励兼职教师。
Objective To understand nurses' intrinsic driving power to be part-time clinical nursing teachers and provide basis for the cultivation of clinical teachers. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 part-time clinical nursing teachers. Data were analyzed by using Colaizzi's phenomenal analysis method. Results Sense of responsibility,realization of self-worth,the influence of role-models and promotion needs were the main intrinsic driving power of clinical nurses to be part-time clinical nursing teachers. Conclusion Education administrators can select,manage and inspire part-time clinical nursing teachers according to the features of their intrinsic driving power.
