以硅烷偶联剂和表面活性剂复合,处理粉煤灰表面。应用聚合反应原理,对相容剂分子链结构进行设计,用马来酸酐(MAH)和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)接枝聚丙烯作为相容剂。将聚丙烯、聚乙烯、改性粉煤灰和相容剂等在双螺杆挤出机中按比例挤出造粒,研究材料的性能。实验结果表明:相容剂及增韧剂的加入可显著提高复合材料的界面粘结强度和粉煤灰的分散性。当乙烯质量分数在50%左右时,添加5%的相容剂,聚丙烯/聚乙烯/粉煤灰复合材料的综合性能最优。
The coal ash was modified by the silane coupling agent and surfactant to improve the compatibility with the polyolefin. By design of the molecular chain structure, the maleic anhydride and dicumyl peroxide was used to graft on the polypropylene,which was used as compatilizer. The polypropylene, polyethylene, modified coal ash, and compatilizer were processed by coextrusion in a twin screw extruder. The properties of the composite were studied to reveal the relationship between the polypropylene,polyethylene,modified coal ash, and compatilizer. The results indicated that the adhesion strength of interface and dispersibility of coal ash were all improved by the compatilizer and flexibilizer. The significant properties of composite could be obtained by adding 50 % polyethylene and 5 % compatilizer.
