摘要
目的观察生长激素(GH)治疗生长激素缺乏症(GHD)儿童最佳治疗时机。方法对83例GHD儿童按年龄不同进行分组,观察GH治疗前和接近成人身高(NAH)时身高标准差(HSDS)、PAH(预测成人身高)、NAH与TH(靶身高)差值的SDS变化。结果 NAH SDS均值A组(<9岁组)为-0.8,B组(≥9岁组)为-1.5,NAH SDS变化A组为2.3,B组1.3,P值均<0.001。治疗前PAH-TH的SDS值A组为-3.1±1.2,B组为-2.9±1.4,P>0.05,治疗后达NAH时NAH-TH的SDS值A组为-0.52,B组为-1.1,P<0.001。结论早期开始GH治疗的GHD患儿身高的改善明显好于治疗开始较晚的儿童。
Objective To observe the children~ best timing of treatment of human growth hormone (hGH) at growth hor- mone deficiency (GHD). Methods Totally 83 cases of GHD children of different age group, observed the change before GH treatment and near adult height (NAH)of height standard deviation (HSDS), PAH (predict adult height), NAH - TH ( target hight) SDS. Conclusion Height improve early start GH treatment was significantly better than began late in GHD of children.
