由于扇形板倾斜角为6°的八棱锥卷筒在连续重载工况条件下滑板磨损严重,通过采用新兴材料锌铝合金,大大降低了滑板的摩擦系数,延长了产品的维修周期,降低了产品的使用成本,从而实现了产品的优化设计.
As the sliding plate of slant angle 6° of the eight pyramid rolls badly worn in continuous overloaded working conditions, skateboarding materials improved for emerging Zinc Alloy material that greatly reduce the friction coefficient of sliding plate, greatly prolong the product＇s repair cycle and reduce the product cost, realize the product＇s innovative design.
