摘要
中海油被列入首批国家节能减排实施单位,年度节能减排量将作为经营业绩考核的重要指标,在此政策环境下,文中通过对近几年油气田更新改造项目的分析,并结合海上油气田开发特点,对降低油气田的火炬放空天然气量从技术可行性上做了系统的分析,为油气田从开发设计到废弃全生命周期内降低天然气的浪费提供可行的技术思路,通过对这些技术的实施,可为节能减排做出重大贡献。
Listed as one of the first energy - saving and emission - reduction companies of the country, CNOOC takes the energy - saving and emission - reduction volume as the key index to assess the operational performance. Under the existing policy environment, the article made a systematical analysis of the technical availability of reducing the flaring gas through the analysis of transformation and renovation projects in recent years, combined with the features of offshore oilfields. It supplies a resolution to reduce the waste of gas during the period from the development design to disposal and make a large contribution for the company energy- saving and emission -reduction.
