摘要
目的测定多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者取卵日卵泡液中胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(insulin like growth factorⅠ,IGF-Ⅰ),雌二醇(estradiol,E2)及睾酮(testosterone,T)浓度的表达,探讨其在PCOS发病过程中可能的作用机制。方法对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕的PCOS患者(50例)和非PCOS患者(52例)的卵泡液进行IGF-I、E2、T水平测定并分析其表达水平的差异。结果 PCOS患者卵泡液IGF-I、E2、T的水平均高于非PCOS患者(P<0.05)。PCOS患者与非PCOS患者卵泡液中IGF-I水平与E2、T的水平均呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 IGF-I作为卵巢内局部重要的自分泌-旁分泌调节因子,可能参与了PCOS的发病过程。
Objective To investigate the levels of insulin like growth factor Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ),estradiol (E2),testosterone(T) in follicular fluid in patients with PCOS during ovulatory cycle And to explore its possible mechanism in the PCOS.Methods 102 subjects were selected from the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,including 50 patients with PCOS as study group,and 52 non-PCOS patients as control group.Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA) method was used to detect the concentration of IGF-Ⅰ in follicular liquid on the day of ocyte retrieval.Electrochemiluminescence method was used to detect the expression level of estradiol and testosterone.Results The concentration of IGF-Ⅰ in follicular liquid was significantly higher in PCOS group than that in control group.The expression level of estradiol and testosterone were significantly higher in PCOS group than those in control group.The Levels of IGF-Ⅰ,E2 and T were significantly positively correlated in both study group and control group.Conclusion As an important autocrine and paracrine adjustment factor in ovaries,IGF-Ⅰ may contribute to the progress of polycystic ovary syndrome.
