摘要
为了研究承德市在经历了鹰手营子区资源枯竭后的转型发展,在进行了实地调研与文献研究后,分析了承德市目前的经济状况与面临的发展问题。总结了承德市制订的新的发展模式,其模式主要依靠多举措稳定现有矿业经济,发展多元经济,同时保障改善民生。模式的研究带来深刻的启示,承德市目前阶段发展的关键是提前转型,挖掘优势,转型过程中以企业为主体,政府为主导,把握住关键才能保持良好的发展趋势。
In order to study the development of Chengde ,Undergone restructuring and development of Yingshouyingzi district ,the paper makes field research and literature ,and analyzes the development of the current economic situation and problems in Chengde city .The paper Sumps up the new development model in Chengde City which relays on multiple initiatives to stabilize the existing mining economy ,develops a diversified economy ,while protects and improves people’s livelihood .Study mode brings profound revelation that Grasps the key in order to maintain a good development trend .The key for chengde is that the city needs advance transformation ,digs advantage , makes enterprises as the mainstay ,the government-led in the the process of transition .
