摘要 [目的]为牦牛形态学及高原兽医学研究积累资料。[方法]选取高原牦牛作为研究对象,对其肠管的解剖学指标进行测定,并与平原黄牛进行比较,探讨牦牛肠管适应高原低氧环境的解剖学特点。[结果]牦牛的肠管总长和小肠长度小于黄牛,牦牛大肠长度大于黄牛,均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]牦牛的肠管解剖学特点是其肠道对高原低氧环境以及粗饲放牧方式的一种解剖学适应。 [Objective] The research aimed to accumulate data for morphological research of yak and plateau veterinary research.[Method] Taking plateau yak as research object,the anatomical indices of plateau yak intestine were determined and compared with plain cattle.And the anatomical characteristics of plateau yak intestinal adaptation to high-altitude hypoxia environment were discussed.[Result] The total length of intestines and the length of small intestine of yak were less than that that of cattle,and the length of large intestine of yak was greater than that of cattle,with significant differences (P < 0.05).[Conclusion] The anatomical characteristics of plateau yak intestine were adaptive to high-altitude hypoxia environment and forage grazing ways.
