斜齿轮表面渗碳淬火工艺及接触疲劳分析

Analysis on carburizing and quenching process and contact fatigue of helical gear

摘要 对齿轮表面渗碳淬火的工艺流程进行了研究,提出了渗碳预冷淬火高温回火二次淬火低温回火的齿轮渗碳淬火的工艺思路。在此基础上建立了斜齿轮有限元网格模型,在AWE Fatigue模块进行了接触疲劳寿命分析。得出主动轮的接触疲劳安全系数处于3~4之间,从动轮的安全系数在2.5~4之间,最小安全系数出现在接触线靠近齿顶部位。计算结果表明,该工艺方法下的斜齿轮在设定寿命内安全可靠。斜齿轮的有限元接触疲劳分析研究可为防止齿轮的齿面接触失效提供参考。 The carburizing and quenching process of gear was researched, and a new method with carburization, precooling quenching, high - temperature tempering, secondary quenching and low - temperature tempering was carried out. On this basis, a helical gear finite element model was established, and with the model, finite element analysis on the contact fatigue life was carried out by using AWE Fa- tigue module. And it is found that most of the contact fatigue safety factors of the driving gear are between 3 and 4, fatigue safety factors of the driven gear are between 2. 5 and 4, and the minimum safety factor in each gear appears at the meshing upmost position near the tooth - tip. The results of analysis indicate that the helical gear produced by this carburizing and quenching process is in safe operation within designed life. Research on contact fatigue analysis of helical gear has a reference on the preventing the contact failure of gear surface.
