摘要
采用衰减测试法,对双光栅准光学谐振腔的Q值进行数值计算与分析,得到匹配槽高度和宽度、光栅槽深度等参数对Q值的影响。通过分析W波段谐振腔各参数与Q值的关系,总结出W波段双开槽准光学谐振腔Q值的经验公式,为准光学谐振腔的设计提供了理论依据。同时模拟计算分析了双光栅结构的加入对谐振腔Q值的影响。结果表明,相比普通准光腔,双光栅准光学谐振腔能够降低光栅引入对Q值的影响。
Based on the energy attenuation method, the Q factor of Diffraction Radiation Oscillator Orbictron(DRO-Orbictron) has been calculated by numerical simulation. The effects of matching groove and grating groove sizes on Q factor are transformed into linear graphs. By analyzing the relationship between the resonator parameters and Q factor in W band, an experiential formula of Q factor can be obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the DRO-Orbictron. When adding double-row gratings to the resonator, the influence of Qfactor has been studied. The results show that the variation of the Q factor caused by gratings in DRO-Orbictron is much smaller than that of general quasi-optical resonator.
